Just out : The new holiday brochure – all about the Viechtach region Viechtach : The cover of the new holiday brochure Viechtach shows the fairy from a saga about the marvelous natural monument “Der große Pfahl”. Following the motto “In the middle of Naturpark Bayerischer Wald” we advertise a beautiful landscape which is still unknown to most of us. The texts of this brochure are available in five languages – German, English. French, Italian and Czechoslovakian. This is unique in Bavaria. Soon this website – www.viechtach-tourism.com can be read back even in Spanish. Ludwig Reiner, tourism manager of the Viechtach region made these promising decisions, considering an increasing marketing abroad. The offer of the communities Viechtach, Kollnburg and Prackenbach is impressing. Supply and demand are in agreement. Geography and infra-structure allow recreational-activities like: hiking, outdoor, survival as recreational pedagogic; horse-riding, lessons for beginners and advanced; free climbing; wild-water canoeing on a route called “The Bavarian Canada”; .............. |
